Personalize your watch face to match your style and preferences.
Customization methods
To customize a watch face, there are two available methods:

Companion app
Use your smartwatch's companion application, such as:
- Samsung Wearable (for the Galaxy Watch series)
- Pixel Watch app (for the Pixel Watch series)
- Other manufacturers' companion apps

Directly on the watch
Customize it directly on your smartwatch.
Important information
These are the only methods available for customizing complex watch faces that support customizable complications and styles.
Settings limitation
When you switch to a different watch face, the previous customization settings are not saved. The watch face always loads with its default settings, and you need to apply them again. This is a current Wear OS limitation. We are working closely with Google to improve the customization process. Please note: this is an alpha version of this new technology.

- Make sure your watch runs Wear OS 6 or later.
