Device connection
Requirements and the watches that are compatible.
Requirements
- Wear OS 6+: the app is only available for watches that run Wear OS 6 or higher.
- Bluetooth connection: make sure your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
Why do I need Wear OS 6?
The app uses the latest Watch Face Push and Watch Face Format technologies, which are only supported on Wear OS 6 and later.

Not compatible yet? Check for the latest system update on your watch. Wear OS 6+ is required.
Need help?
- Make sure your watch runs Wear OS 6 or later.
- Turn on Bluetooth on both devices.
- Restart both devices if the connection fails.
